At Wild Mate, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on TryWildMate.com.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
  • Orders placed after business hours (especially on Fridays) will begin processing the next business day

Once your order has been processed, it is prepared for shipment and cannot be modified or canceled.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states
  • U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses (where supported by carriers)

At this time, we do not guarantee international shipping, but may expand in the future.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment

From similar policies, delivery timelines depend on carriers and are not fully within the company’s control once shipped .

We may offer:

  • Free shipping promotions (when applicable)
  • Flat-rate or calculated shipping at checkout

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear
  • During peak periods, carrier delays may occur

If your tracking has not updated after several days, please contact us and we’ll help investigate.


5. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Weather or natural events
  • High order volume (e.g., holidays, promotions)
  • Supply chain disruptions

Wild Mate is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages lost due to address errors

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for more details

Wild Mate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation, but we will do our best to assist.


8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos

We will make it right in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


9. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Once an order has shipped, the shipping method cannot be changed

(This aligns with common ecommerce practices where shipping costs are final after fulfillment .)
